This survey is conducted by Kaplan Higher Education Academy (“Kaplan”) to better understand your job search experience and employment status after graduation and to consolidate feedback on your educational experience at Kaplan. Your valuable feedback will serve as a continuous validation of Kaplan’s services as well as for Kaplan’s review and planning of future programmes. Upon completion of this survey, you will be automatically entered into a Lucky Draw, where attractive prizes can be won (“Lucky Draw”). T&C apply.

Beacon Consulting Pte Ltd ("Beacon") has been appointed by Kaplan to conduct this survey and has obtained your contact details from Kaplan for this purpose, in line with Kaplan’s privacy policy. Please be assured that Beacon will ensure that your contact details and any information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of this survey.

Will I be identified in this survey?
Yes, but only for the strict purposes of this survey and your participation in the Lucky Draws. Your personal data will only be shared between Kaplan and Beacon, and not with any other third parties.
Apart from this survey, will my personal data be used for any other purpose?
No. Any personal data collected in the course of this survey will only be used for the purpose of this survey and the administration of Lucky Draws.
Will the information/personal data and survey responses I provide be shared with anyone? What happens to the information/personal data after the survey ends?
Your survey responses will be submitted to Kaplan for policy formulation and updating of records. Anonymised and aggregated data generated through this survey will be shared with prospective students to assist them in making informed decisions for their further education. The responses, including all personal data, provided to or collected by Beacon will be destroyed 12 months after the survey has concluded.
